Journey So Far

Every Stage Added a System, a Skill, and a Standard.

From mechanical engineering in Pakistan to automotive manufacturing in the UK — at Stellantis and JLR — to building six ventures in Islamabad. Here is the full timeline.

Timeline

The Foundation Behind the Current Work.

Engineering built the discipline. Two UK automotive employers sharpened the execution. Entrepreneurship turned both into businesses.

2016 – 2020

Education

BS Mechanical Engineering — NUST, Pakistan

NUST, Pakistan

Four years of engineering fundamentals: systems design, thermodynamics, manufacturing processes, automation, and the kind of technical discipline that does not leave you. The foundation everything else is built on.

2021 – 2022

Education

MS Automotive Engineering — University of Hertfordshire, UK

University of Hertfordshire, UK

Postgraduate study in the UK covering advanced automotive systems, powertrain engineering, and vehicle dynamics. The degree that opened the door to UK industry and shaped a more precise way of thinking about complex systems.

2022

United Kingdom

Teaching — Primary to A-Level, United Kingdom

Taught students from primary level through A-level across schools and colleges in the UK. Developed direct, ground-level insight into how young people learn, where they struggle, and what kind of guidance actually changes their trajectory.

2022

United Kingdom

Planning Engineer — Stellantis, Ellesmere Port

Stellantis, Ellesmere Port

Engineering planning at one of the UK's largest automotive manufacturing sites. Production process planning, workflow optimisation, and coordinating delivery across complex, high-volume operations where precision is not optional.

2022 – 2023

United Kingdom

Change Management Engineer — JLR, Halewood

Jaguar Land Rover, Halewood

Managing engineering change at Jaguar Land Rover's Halewood facility. Cross-functional coordination, documentation rigour, and structured problem resolution in a zero-tolerance manufacturing environment.

Certification

Certification

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Certified in structured process improvement, waste elimination, root-cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving. Applied across engineering roles and now across every business I run.

2022

Entrepreneurship

Founder — Tusimo Ads

Launched Tusimo Ads to bring structured digital marketing, brand positioning, and paid advertising to businesses that were active online but invisible. The first venture built entirely from the UK discipline — clear process, measurable outcomes.

2023

Entrepreneurship

Co-Founder — Hazelift Ltd

Liverpool, UK

Co-founded Hazelift Ltd (Company No. 14810139) — a UK-registered B2B engineering consultancy delivering mechanical design, PLC automation, robot programming, and Lean Six Sigma process optimisation to manufacturing plants. First contract secured with a JLR-tier automotive supplier at £120k/year.

2025

Entrepreneurship

Founder — AURTX Automation · AURTX Digital Assistant · Trenvo

Three ventures launched in one year. AURTX Automation for smart home and commercial systems. AURTX Digital Assistant building WhatsApp intelligence for business. Trenvo as a brand development and creative studio for businesses that want to look as strong as they operate.

2026

Entrepreneurship

Founder — HAUST Technologies

Established HAUST Technologies to build custom software, AI platforms, RAG systems, SaaS products, and mobile applications. The most technically intensive venture — the direct output of years of compounding knowledge across engineering, systems thinking, and digital business.

Lessons

What the Journey Actually Taught.

Not motivation. Not buzzwords. Specific principles pulled from engineering, manufacturing, teaching, and entrepreneurship.

Systems are only as good as the people running them.

Automotive manufacturing runs on processes, but processes run on people who understand why they exist. The same is true of business.

Execution separates the serious from everyone else.

JLR does not tolerate half-finished change management. Business should not either. Clear process, documented outcomes, zero ambiguity.

Perspective changes what people are capable of.

Teaching in the UK showed me how much a student's direction — or lack of it — shapes their decisions long before ability does. The same is true for anyone building something.

Discipline built in high-stakes environments transfers everywhere.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, factory-floor pressure, project delivery accountability — these are not just engineering skills. They are business skills.

The Journey Is Still Being Built.

Through automation, SaaS, AI systems, software development, digital marketing, education, writing, and people — the direction is structured growth with clear purpose.
